It took its name from the former Nash Mill, a paper-making mill owned by John Dickinson in the early 19th century. Simply entering "Nash Mills+Hertfordshire" into Google will tell you much about it. -- Roy Stockdill Professional genealogical researcher, writer & lecturer Newbies' Guide to Genealogy & Family History: www.genuki.org.uk/gs/Newbie.html "There is only one thing in the world worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about."
