IIn amongst papers from my parents, which I have now had time to examine in detail is a deed of Grant for purchase of Grave Space M.10.no.30. This was in July 1926. It must be for my brother Alex who only lived a few weeks as was born in 1926. I am wondering whether my sister Grete born in 1932 who lived for about nine months is also buried there. I should b be most grateful if you have any way you could verifiy the existence of the grave. I feel I owe it to my siblings to visit them, I was born in 1929 and remember a little about my sister, soon after her birth we moved to London - from Moor Park. I have another brother born in 1935 who now lives in France. Thankyou Anne Anderson (Mrs.) I married the same name!! I
Hello Anne, Presumably this is in the Chorleywood Road Cemetery not the graveyard of St Mary's Church Rickmansworth ( or the Woodcock Hill Cemetery) If you contact Three Rivers District Council Cemeteries department, they should be able to tell you who is buried in the plot. http://www.threerivers.gov.uk/default.aspx/Web/EmailContactForm Cemeteries Telephone Number: 01923 727031 > Contact Details: Cemeteries > > > There are two cemeteries within Three Rivers at Chorleywood Road > and Woodcock Hill offering a traditional and environmentally friendly > woodland cemetery.
