    3. Gay Thank you for that suggestion. I had also wondered if there had been more than one marriage. However I know that Charlotte VIPERS' husband William FAULKNER died in Nov 1873 which was a few months before his daughter Harriet was born. So I would have expected to find at least some of the family together in 1871. Harriet's parents are given as William FAULKNER deceased and Charlotte FAULKNER formerly VIPERS, and the 1881 has the family there minus William rather as predicted. What is frustrating is that I can't even find Charlotte VIPERS, who I think would have been born about 1830-1836 Chris ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gay O'Neill" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, March 15, 2008 2:15 AM Subject: [HRT] VIPERS; FAULKNER >I have been having a very good look and your family is not easily found. > However I did find this family in 1871 with similar names of the children > and birthdates and in the right order. > Except parents different. 3. Hi Chris, Try looking for them under the name FACKENDEW IN 1871. I think the actual spelling is FALKENDER. Fred looks more like Frank + there's a rather original spelling of Chelsea but the rest seems a pretty good fit. Regards, Glen.
