There is a Public Member Tree (French21) on Ancestry that deals with the family and had already identified that Sarah was possibly the daughter of John Breed (1763-1852) and Susannah Hawkes (1763-1830). John in turn is son of Thomas Breed b, 1724 and Mary Davis b. 1728. Both John and Thomas are shown as born Standon, Beds. As you may know Offley is close to the Herts/Beds county line. The tree referred to has lots more on the Froy family. Of course there is the usual rider that trees can be inaccurate and you would need to examine the original sources. Mary, I am descended from William Breed (baptd 1789), Sarah's brother. Sarah (Froy) may have been buried at St John's Road, Hitchin. This cemetery largely replaced St Mary's, Hitchin from about 1857. To confirm this I suggest you contact Carol Casey, Burials Officer for N Herts Council (a most helpful lady).
