    3. Thanks for the reply - yes the year was a typo and he is the person transported on the Richmond and he did mary in Launceston in 1837 to Mary Jane Lindsay. I am interested in his birth family - I did find a John Everard born in 1794 on Familysearch but to say this is our John needs more support. I guess I need a birth certificate??? 3. Hi, no certificates until 1837 but you could get a copy of the bapt register entry if it was necessary . There may be more in the wonderful Tasmanian archives . We got a burial entry for a friend`s ancestor and it gave his date and place of birth , although he clearly had forgotten the date which was about 3 years out !!! life is hard . soften it with a cat \\\=^..^=/// ----- Original Message ----- From: "donlizw" <donlizw@netspace.net.au> To: <eng-hertfordshire@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, January 01, 2010 11:12 AM Subject: Re: [HRT] JOHN EVERETT > Thanks for the reply - yes the year was a typo and he is the person > transported on the Richmond and he did mary in Launceston in 1837 to Mary > Jane Lindsay.
