    3. I am searching for a James JOHNSTON in the Ware area. In 1911 he said he was 42 At his marriage [1916] he is 35 and his wife 30. His father was William, deceased? On his death in 1923 he was 57 [?] I wonder if he can be William James Johnson and dropped the William as there were two in the household? I thought I saw a William James Johnson in the Amwell area. Can anyone help with a baptism please or know what happened to William James and can disprove my idea? Any ideas with such a surname are gratefully received. I have searched the archives of this list. Glyn
