Burghill, Scholar Thomas A FOX Son 9 b. Huntington, Scholar Louisa A FOX Dau 6 b. Huntington, Scholar George MORRIS Lodger U 18 b. Presleigh Radnorshire, Labourer in Nursery Thomas TUBBS Lodger U 22 b. Lough, Buckingham, Labourer in Nursery in 1901 I've found the following (birth place for each is as for 1881 census) William FOX 39 Essex, Loughton, Nurseryman Foreman John FOX 35 Derbyshire, Chesterfield, Market Gardener Charles FOX 31 Glamorganshire, Canton, Nursery Foreman the line I'm interested in is THOMAS ALBERT FOX my g grandfather who I can't find on the 1901 census I have reason to believe that the family stayed at the pub for some time as my Grandmother who married Charles Albert FOX one of Thomas' 8 children can recall it, although I was never sure whether she had been there or whether my late Grandfather had talked about it. Questions. Where is Stanton on Wye, Hereford? Is the Bay Horse still a pub? does anyone know where I can find info about it? Is anyone else interested in this FOX family?
