Does anyone on the list have access to the 1851 census for Aymestrey? I am trying to trace the family of John and Mary Powell (he born 1809 in Weobley and she in Shobdon). They had a son, Thomas, who was born around 1846 and much later a daughter, Mary. There is a 10 year gap in between when I am sure there must have been other children that I haven't yet traced. In 1871 the family are living in Kingsland and in 1881 Mary snr has died and John, now widowed, is living with the postman's family, still in Kingsland. The daughter Mary married in 1879 and was living in Marden, Hef at the time of the 1881 census. Any help at all would be much appreciated. Mandy in Windermere
