I am looking for the anything related to the following families: Samuel HARPER b 1798, d 3/13/1844 in the Parish of Welsh Newton; married Elizabaeth GARNESS 6/13/1829 in Welsh Newton parish church. She was born about 1808 and died 2/9/1870 in the Parish of Welsh Newton. >From the 1851 Census, Parish of Welsh Newton, Elizabeth HARPER was a widow, age 43, receiving Parochial Relief. Born Welsh Newton, Hereford. Living with her was her daughter, Jemima HARPER, age 11, born Welsh Newton, Hereford; and her son, Charles HARPER, age 9, born Welsh Newton, Hereford. Son Thomas HARPER had moved to Monmouthshire by 1851. Samuel may have had a brother, John HARPER (married Eliza RICHARDS) and a sister, Margaret HARPER (married John ALLEN). The marriage register of marriages solemnized in the Parish of Welsh Newton in 1829 Include all three. Witnesses for Margaret and Samuel were shown as the marks of Thomas BILLS and Elizabeth BILLS. Witnesses for John HARPER and Eliza RICHARDS were shown as the marks of Daniel Molten _rew and Margaret HARPER.
