Can anyone tell me what the County of Radnor covered. I am aware that it existed temporarily somewhere on the Welsh/Hef border, but now have two marriages in the family from Clinow, one in 1813 from Clinow County of Hef, and one in 1830 from Clinow Co.of Radnor. I cannot find Clinow on a map, but feel it is somewhere close to Monmouth, is that correct ?
