Herefordshire Surname Member's Interests When you join the society there are now 3 methods to make your interests known to other members. THEY ARE 3 SEPARATE WAYS, INFORMATION IS NOT COMBINED OR CROSS REFERENCED SO YOU DO NEED TO SUBMIT SEPARATELY a) Published in Journal On the membership form there are 16 lines which you can enter all / any surname interests worldwide, any name, any area, any date. This is on-going for all NEW members or when you re-submit them to the membership secretary. b) Published as a booklet In the booklet which we publish periodically, (last time published 2000) this is the same as above, All surnames / dates / areas, except that it is collated and published as a booklet or fiche. We have been collecting this information for the past few months in order to produce a new booklet, but not sufficient members have responded to make this viable as yet, obviously this is very useful for contacting those not on the internet and especially when we are attending fairs etc. WE NEED YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR INTERESTS TO THIS, There is a special form, available from me, contacts details of where to send are all on the form c) On-Line version (At present getting 100 hits a day) This is the new on-line version for HFHS members to submit their interests, but only for Herefordshire interests.
