Hi I am new to the list and am posting my interests. Thomas Ballard b. 1801 at Dymock just over the border in Gloucs. Worked as a paper stainer in Middlesex with his brother James and later as a house decorator. One daughter Mary Ann Ballard 1845-94. Thomas died at Chiswick in 1894 at the age of 93. Thomas had various siblings some of whom were baptised at Fownhope in the 1790s. Other siblings include Richard, Frederick, Charles. All baptised at Dymock. It is possible that Thomas' father John Ballard married Ann Skipp - connected to the Ledbury family? Any Ballard information from Herefordshire gratefully received. Thanks Bob Parsons Shropshire
