Hi list,I am trying to find out the whereabouts of Harriet Maddy born in 1816 in the Glasbury/Hay area.Is there anyone out there with access to the 1841 census for Herefordshire who could possibly have a look to see if she is listed there please? Her mother was possibly called Mary too. She does not show up in the Radnor or Brecon census for 1841 so I am hoping that she was 'just over the border'! Hi Angie, I have looked on Ancestry and there are few Harriett MADDY. The one closest in age is in Cheetham in Manchester aged 20. Not born in LAN. She is a domestic servant working for the LODGE family.
