    3. Hi I am new to this list and thought I would post my interests. I am looking for any BEMAND ancestors that originally came from Church Stoke, Montgomeryshire in Wales (around the 1830's) and moved to Leominster (Humber / Risbury) area. I believe they lived at Upper Farm House in Humber and a relative still lives there to this day, but unfortunately don't know who they are. In 1876 my 3x great grandfather, Robert BEMAND was the Rector of St. Mary's Church in Humber and his daughter Fanny BEMAND married William Henry DICKENS who was the School Master of the National School (Church School) at that time. My line descends from William H DICKENS and Fanny E BEMAND. Their children were Arthur Stanley DICKENS and Harold Evelyn DICKENS. Both born in Humber at the House which is attached to the National School. I am not sure but I also believe that Robert BEMAND (buried June 1899) and his wife Sarah were buried at the St. Mary's Churchyard in Humber. Don't know if William H DICKENS was buried there in June 1885. I would love to hear from anyone who is related to the BEMANDS or DICKENS, and anyone who has photo's of teachers of the National School during 1875 - 1885. Regards Holly Oakley Sydney, Australia
