Hi List, A while back I posted asking about Coroner's reports, and some people contacted me off-list to ask if I'd pass on what I found out from Herefordshire archives. I received this reply on 30/03/2006: "Thank you for your enquiry received 24 March 2006. Unfortunately we have a large gap in our Coroner's Records from 1835-1929, where no records have survived. The only alternative is whether the inquest was reported in the local paper. We only hold The Hereford Journal until 1858 so you will need to contact The City Library who hold back issues of The Hereford Times.
