Hello List, from Dunedin New Zealand. In the1861 census John (the Inn Keeper) and Catherine HARRY were living at the Inn with their children. I would like to know about the Inn itself and were there any records kept of Inn keepers. Thank you all Ernie Parker.

Ernie, There is a book called 'The Pubs of Ross & South Herefordshire' by Heather Turley published by Logaston Press ISBN 1 873827 52 0. This contains references to the Old Harp at Hoarwithy. At the time of the publication the Author was the owner of the Old Harp as a private home I assume rather than as a Pub.
