My GG Grandfather and his family was located in an 1861 Census and it possibly was the 1861 Census of Wales. They were residing at No 8 Duke of Norfolk Road The family comprised Edward WALL Aged 40 Mary Anne Wife 39 Mary Anne dau 15. John son 13 Edward son 11 Thomas son 8 And a Thomas Ball nephew 9 Can sks tell me whether or not a Duke of Norfolk Road existed (I think in Brecon ) – all of the Walls were born in Eardisley and the nephew Thomas Ball was born in Marden . I have tried to find the Road using Google Earth and also many other searches using the net – so far without success. Can anyone help???
