Equally irritating are those who make contact, ask for information, you send them all you have [because they are usually distant relatives] and never hear from them again, let alone get a thank you or any updates. But for every one of those, there are others who are pleased to share and swap knowledge, and I now have 'cousins' around the globe and UK who keep in touch. It must indeed be maddening to find your work, freely given out, published without acknowledgement of the source. WENDY
