He appears to be the son of James PRESSEY b.c. 1843-4 Westbourne Sussex and Jane in 1881 census(which is free to look at). You can find James's birth and parents on the IGI. This family comes from Westbourne earlier on and I can find no connection with Herefordshire at all. Why do you think his relatives are from Hereford? According to 1901 census, Henry was previously married to an Ada b.c. 1878 who came from Portsmouth.
