Hello Cliff I can confirm that the original Humber PR's (which have never been filmed) are indeed in the safe keeping of the Herefordshire Record Office. I don't know what "full details" you were hoping for as regards the marriage of Samuel HANLEY and Hannah COOPER on 16 December 1783, but the information additional to what you can see on-line in the IGI is that the marriage was after Banns, that the curate was John PHELPS, that both Samuel & Hannah made their mark and that the witnesses were John LEWIS (signed) and Sarah SIMONDS (made mark).
