Hi To All, This is my first posting to the list, and I hope I am going to be successful. I am looking for a JOHN BLACKHURST or otherwise known as JOHNNY BLACK, he lived in Kingsmill Road, Hereford. He worked in some capacity in Hereford Army Barracks, as what I don't know? Does anyone know of any records that can be accessed for the barrack's?? This was in the 1950's-1960's. JOHN died approximately in the early months of 1967 in Hereford. I am trying to find out if he was buried or cremated in the Hereford area? Can someone give me the address of the local record office? He had two brother's, christian names unknown, but their nicknames were SNOWY and BABE. Many thanks for any help recieved. All information however small, will be greatly appreciated. Hi Pauline <Can someone give me the address of the local record office?> http://www.recordoffice.herefordshire.gov.uk/ The army barracks was know as Bradbury Lines and was occupied by the Junior Leaders Regiment in the early 50s. The SAS moved there later but I'm not sure when. Regards, John
