I checked it does say employed as timber squarer but I know what's written is not always accurate so perhaps it could be timber sawyer Hi Ann, A timber squarer is a legitimate occupation. A 10" diameter round log would be hewn flat on all 4 sides to form say an 8" x 8" square timber, for example.
