Jane Chamberlaine married Edward Inns in May 1725 in St Peter's Hereford. A fair way from home, as one of them was described as of Woolhope, Herefordshire. The apparent reason for the distance would appear to be the appears of her son in November that year (although as Jane already had an illegitimate son in 1721, I wouldn't have thought she had much of a reputation to save.) I can't find a suitable baptism for Jane: does any one have a suitable Jane in their family who might be "my" Jane? Is anyone else interested in the Chamberlaine family in Herefordshire? Sara White
