Are there any members undertaking research on the Walters Family who lived in Llanwarne near Hereford from 1780 onwards? As far as I am aware there are two of us at the present time who are undertaking research on different lines of the family tree. There is some information on the IGI submitted by the late Anne Praed from California. Her husband, Peter Praed, has kindly sent me Anne's research notes. My wife's great-grandfather, John Rowland Walters, was born in Llanwarne in 1835 and married Annie O'Brien from County Meath in Ireland. He was a prison officer and lived in later life in Liverpool. There is a connection with the Hill family from the Midlands through William Walters marrying Marion Hill and I am in touch with Mary Currie who is related to Marion Hill. Any help would be grately appreciated. David Hudson
