I have an ancestor Charles Merrick who was baptised in Aymestry on 17 feb 1858, his wifes name was Mary, his parents were Thomas & Elizabeth Merrick. Charles was a waggoner & he was trampled to death by his horses i have a copy of the newspaper article from The Hereford Times.
