Hi, I'm new to this list and researching the PEARSON family in Herefordshire, originally from Yorkshire. My Great, Great Grandfather JAMES PEARSON died in Stoke Lacy on June 25, 1851 leaving a widow named CATHERINE living at Hall Place and who was still alive in 1861. In James' will, he named three sons, William, John and James and daughter Hannah Davies. When looking for Pearsons on the Stoke Lacy 1851 census I found William and John but at the time didn't know about HANNAH DAVIES, married to JOHN DAVIES. If SKS has the Stoke Lacy 1851 census could they look up the Davies family for me and give the family configuation. I would particularly like to know where Hannah and John were born. In 1851, son James Pearson was living in Avenbury with his family. He is my Great Grandfather in case anybody out there is connected. Thanks for reading this and hope somebody can help me.
