Hello Andrew There are no PR Baptism registers for Winforton in the HRO after 1812 (presumably either still with the church or lost), but there's this barely legible entry in the Bishops' Transcripts :- Winforton, Baptisms. 30 June 1816 Thomas, son of Howard (?) and Jane DAVIS of Kingwaters (?), blacksmith.
