I have an ancestor born in New St Peters in 1845. Can SKS do a 1841 census look up and see if his parents were there - father Henry Cottle - mother Sarah Cottle (nee Powell). I have been unable to find anything about them not even their marriage. On my ancestors birth cert. it says father is a Wardsman. What is that. Is that a hospital wardsman? By 1846 he was a miner.
