Dear Jackie, The Mansions and Maonors of Herefordshire says that William Markey son of John Markey married first Lydia daughter of Sir Gabriel Low of Ozleworth and second Elizabeth daughter of Philip Cecil of the Duffryn Co.Monmouth but died s.p. in 1687 being succeeded at Alton by his nephew Markey Abrahall. William's sister Winifred had married John Abrahall of Ingeston. So this Markey line died out with William.
