Hi Everyone, I am hoping someone could shed some light on a particular marriage which I believe took place in Burghclere. I have a photo of my G Grandmother supposedly taken on her wedding day of 31st December 1887 - it's dated on the reverse. Her name was Alice Clifford and she married William House, both living in Burghclere. I have been through all the marriage indexes several times between 1887 and 1898, when my Grandmother was born, but to no avail. Can anyone help in tracking down this illusive marriage?
