Dear All, I found the following on the Wokingham, Berkshire monumental inscriptions for the Wokingham Free Church Burials: Section C7, Plot 348 Frank HOPKINS born January 1, 1897 Gailey Mill, Kingsclere, died December 23, 1967, Wokingham also his wife Elsie Alice, born September 8, 1899, died January 7, 1970. Section B4, Plot 222 John HOPKINS, born November 12, 1868 Kingsclere, died February 17, 1960, Wokingham , his wife, Emily Ada died February 19, 1947 also their son Herbert Bennett died December 15, 1935. My grandfather Alfred ROLFE born 1876 Kingsclere was friendly with a Mr. HOPKINS who came from Kingsclere and they lived for many years 150 metres from each other in Wokingham. Not sure which of the above is the one my grandfather knew. I also noted in the Wokingham All Saints a number of JEWELL burials which did not indicate whether they were from Kingsclere originally, I know there are some JEWELL's who moved to Wokingham.
