Hello John, Yes, I had those but as they came from IGI I hope to verify them and see also if there are other children between the marriage of James Savery & Maria in 1802 and the birth of Richard in 1807. A James appears on various documents, one as a woodman and one as a gamekeeper. I assumed that they were the same person until you made the remark that there were 2 James' This fits with an entry in Richard's diary as having written to brother Jim in 1863. Good, innit? Valerie
