All that I had was Anne Miles but thanks to John I am at least able to link her to Stephen Miles born 1799. I would be interested to know where Benjamin Myhill born ca April 1776 who married Mary Bird 24/07/1796 fit into the 3 Miles trees you mentioned below, if it is known.
