Hello Everybody and a Happy and Prosperous New Year, In 1965 the Memorials were removed from the churchyard and as visitors can see, nowadays are used as a border to the path round the church holding the bank up, others have vanished. Before this happened a record was made of the graves and the inscriptions by Susan and Elizabeth Burman. I have a copy of this document and in the next few days will be putting a plan of the churchyard with the grave sites numbered on the Kingsclere web site. The record is in numerical order so I will have to transcribe it into alphabetical order for it to be easy to use. In the mean time if you have any requests I will try and answer them, but please bare with me, I have to work funny hours.
