Hi All I don't know whether this has been mentioned and I've missed it but you can now order certificates online at www.col.statistics.gov.uk but only for UK residents at present. The cost is only 7 pounds each and the delivery is four working days.( I will let you all know how accurate this delivery time is). The only problem I encountered was that in order to proceed to the payment screen it is necessary to disable any firewall you have in place.
