John Many thanks for the marriage entry for Sarah Tidbury and William Kuell. I think this is definitely my Sarah as the witnesses, David and Phoebe Tidbury, are Sarah's brother and sister-in-law. I shall have a look at the Berkshire 1851 census index next time I go to the library. As you say the Kuells may well have crossed over the border into Greenham like so many of my Tidbury family.
