I have just had a session on this site* and found it very useful. My 'free voucher' was out of date which was a bit of a bummer but it was easy enough to purchase a £5 credit. I have found several of my 'missing' Foster marriages/burials in Berkshire as a result. The initial search is free and you only need to pay the £0.05 per search item if it looks like there is something relevant.
