Hello List, In the 1851 census for Kingsclere Hampshire there is a James HOCKLEY, born at Ham in Wiltshire, aged 59, giving a date of birth of c 1792. The BVRI v2 has a baptism for James HOCKLEY in Ham in 1781/2, but this doesn't give his parents' names. I have used the HGS index to the 1851 census to get this information. Does anyone have access to fiche or a transcription of the census ? I am hoping that there is an error in one or other of the transcriptions. Thanks in advance, Ian in France
