Hello Mike & List Thank you Mike for putting a Spanner into the works!!! SCREAM! Have just looked through the whole of the HILLINGDON Census for 1861 [57 pages] and I did not find another Louisa beyond the one I had found. There are ROLF names i.e. a Mary [U/m], Jasper & family [Page 45], Thomas born Henley, Oxon [Page 49], Benjamin [16] & George [12] both born Hillingdon but not at home [Page 52] but no other Charles & Elizabeth & dau Louisa. So who the Louisa is that you found the entry for is a mystery and the only thing I can think is, that Charles & Elizabeth re-registered their daughter - the question is, do I spend out another £7 to find out. I have also been through the G.R.O. Death Indexes from Oct 1854 to Dec 1861 and except for a Louisa Dec Q 1860 Shoreditch 1c 136 there is no Louisa registered at Uxbridge.
