Good morning I would like to thank Barbara for the welcome e mail. I have the above names in my family tree, the brickwalls I have are the origins of a John Bates ,and a William Randall born about 1772, place unknown. But both appear in Kintbury lin the late 1790's early 1800's also a Sophia Bates birth date and place unknown. It has been suggested they might have come from outside the Berkshire area.
