She doesn't seem to appear in later ones, she could have married by 1861 except the only marriage between 1851 and 1861 was in Sep Qtr 1851, next is in Sep 1865 with surname as Eatwill FreeBMD has:- Births Jun 1839: Eatwell Mary Ann, Hungerford 6 205 There are 3 deaths for a Mary Ann Eatwell in 1853, 2 in Jun Qtr and 1 in Dec Qtr.
