He had the following older siblings Maria ca 1812 George ca 1815 Susannah ca 1816 Charlotte ca 1821 Cephas ca 1825-1826 William married Harriet Dent on 18 July 1811, Wootton St. Lawrence. He was baptised in 1788 at Monk Sherborne (the BTs have no month or day) to William & Sarah Ireland. The 1851 census has Ephraim and his new wife living with his mother at Baughurst. She is named as Jane and widowed. I could not find a death for his father William, so something is potentially not quite right. Still - getting nearer. Perhaps she was Harriet Jane Dent? Now we can check her age at birth with baptism and place with census data.
