Good Morning I would just like to correct one statement in the e mails this morning in relation to John Bates the son he married Elizabeth Watts daughter of David Watts Cordwainer ,Kintbury date Feb 8th 1840. We thought he married Elizabeth Woolford but on getting a copy from Berkshire we found that it clearly states Batt not Bate or Bates . Not sure where this leaves us.
