Hello Laurel, Where have you got your information from when you say Jane Cecilia gives birth when she was in Kingsclere. The 1851 Census for the Channel Islands, there is nothing on the name Jane Cecilia De Silva ?? or De Saare. I could not find a baptism for Cecelia Dora born 2 April 1831, Kingsclere, she could have been baptised anywhere in any church. There is nothing on the 1851 Census for England under either of the names that you have given. Kind regards Barbara Lewis Mallyon Basingstoke, Hants.
