Hello All Dale, Sir Langham (Kingsclere, North Hants., Eng., 22.5.1826 - Montagu Cottage, Mowbray, Cape, SA 12.1.1898) Second superintendent-general of education in the Cape Colony, was the son of Henry Dale, registrar of Kingsclere, and his wife, Mary Anna Stroud, daughter of Edward Stroud, of Thatcham. He was named after his grandmother, Martha Langham.
