    3. Hi there, I am a new subscriber (also pretty new to Genealogy) and I am interested in the Bayman family who lived at Inhurst Farm, Baughurst, in the 1800's. John Bayman , born circa 1813, at Burghclere, was my husband's great grandfather. He married Sarah Smith of Basingstoke in 1843. They had five daughters and a son. Sarah died in 1855. Sarah Mary b. Mar 1844. Possibly died in 1856. Louisa b. July 1846 John b.April 1848 Elizabeth Patience b.Nov 1849 Anna Maria b. Aug.1852. Possibly married a Joseph Mayler in June 1878. Fanny Martha b. Dec.1853S de The Census 1861shows a new wife, Hannah but I haven't yet found a marriage. The Census 1871 I can only find Louise, married to George Watkins, b.1850 at Woolhope, Hereford and living in London with a baby daughter, Louisa Blanche Florence, b,1870. No trace of the others. George works as a waiter. Census 1881 Louisa and George are back at Inhurst Farm, he is head of the family and Louisa's brother is a co-partner in farming. Census 1891 shows Louisa and brother John at Little Brockhurst,Botley, Buckinghamshire, with the two younger children, Amy Agnes Georgina, b.1872 in London and George Bayman, b.1886 at Staines,Middlesex. Husband George is in the census as Head Steward of a London Club but he is still head of the family, Louisa is a wife and John is brother in law. Sarah MaryLouisa Bayman, his daughter, born 1846 at Baughurst, married George Watkins, born 1850 at Woolhope in Herefordshire. The 1871 Census shows them living in London and he was working as a Waiter. 1881 Census shows them back at Inhurst Farm with George as head of the family and Louisa's brother, John, born Apr 23 1848 .
