    3. Dear Paulette, I have also tried the database and it seemed to be working. I received access to a list of documents and then successfully found their 'hierarchical context'. However, be warned, HRO continue to have problems with the CALM database and I have often found in the last year that it can sometimes behave in a very odd way or simply not find documents I know are in the database.
