Hello All, John BRIDGMAN married Mary ALDRIDGE 1 June 1772 Hannington I have 7 children, looking at John LEWIS website, not listed is John bapt 5 January 1777 St. Mary's Church Kingsclere. Have now added him Joseph Bridgeman of Kingclere age 87 buried at St Mary on 8 Jan 1830, PR entry 729, so born ca 1748. Nothing in Kingsclere baptisms around that year tho' some entries are unreadable so could have missed him! Mary Bridgman of Kingsclere Dell age 85 buried at St, Mary on 3 Mar 1833, PR entry 892, so born ca 1748. No baptisms around that date at St. Mary but there is a Mary on the IGI: Mary <Aldridge>, Christening: 07 APR 1734, Kingsclere, Father: John Aldridge, Mother: Mary Mary was Mary Avelin and she married John at St. Mary in 1822. This 1734 Mary was born too soon which means, I think, that neither Joseph or Mary were born in Kingsclere.
