The British library Colindale newspaper site lists newspapers published in the UK and  shows the years of publication.  If you can visit, many are available on microfilm with  a few as hard copies  only. Newbury Weekly News is available  on  microfilm at West Berks library, Newbury. If you are unable to visit, please contact me off list with details and I will look for you.
