You want the England and Wales Criminal Registers 1791-1892 which can be found here: http://search.ancestry.co.uk/Browse/list.aspx?dbid=1590&path= Needless to say there are quite a few Tidburys. In the Michaelmas Session of 1833 Samuel, William and Charlotte Tidbury were all convicted of larceny and sentenced to seven years' transportation. Unfortunately no ages are given. This could be William b.1792 and Charlotte b.1794 but I don't know who Samuel is. Debbie
